Geological and applied geophysical data

The main use of CGS-DRI (the CGS Data Research Infrastructure) is to provide access to relevant structured, unstructured and analogue geological and geophysical data. The CGS information portal provides a number of important information on the results of CGS research, especially in the field of research of the Earth crust. There is also a specific section where users can find information about the methods of applied geophysics and how these data from CGS is made available.
Open access to information and data is applied as much as possible. Relevant data is also available for download or view in European networks on the INSPIRE Geoportal and European Geological Data Infrastructure (EGDI), on national networks, and on the CGS website.
Instructions for accessing CGS data are available.
