Continuous magnetic observations are carried out on the Geomagnetic Observatory Budkov and data are uploaded to the INTERMAGNET network. Measurements on the geomagnetic network of 1st order provide information about distribution of the geomagnetic field on the Czech territory, repeated measurement on selected points provide information about time changes. Mobile magnetotelluric set is used for study of electric conductivity of the Earth’s crust and upper mantle on selected profiles.
